In 1971, Ewa Gargulinska’s poster artworks were featured in a group exhibition at London’s Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA).
This exhibition marked her initial introduction to the London art scene, preceding her relocation to the city in 1972. During her early years in London, Gargulinska expanded her artistic repertoire by engaging in set and textile design, in addition to her visual art practice.
Her career has since flourished, with her works being showcased internationally and included in esteemed collections such as the National Museum of Women in the Arts in Washington, D.C., and the Zacheta National Gallery of Art in Warsaw.
