2018 Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, London

In 2018, Ewa Gargulinska’s artwork was featured in the 250th Summer Exhibition at the Royal Academy of Arts in London. This annual event, renowned for its diverse array of contemporary art, was coordinated by Grayson Perry RA, who, along with a committee of fellow artists, selected over 1,300 pieces across various mediums.

Gargulinska’s contribution, titled “Home?”, reflects on the contemporary issue of migration and evokes the universal vulnerability associated with losing one’s sense of home, country, or self.
